I am redoing my bedroom next month and I would like to know what possible ideas I can use. I am modeling my room "USA swimming style" because I am a competitive swimmer........so do any of you have any special decor ideas? Thank you in advance.

If you really want out there. I would go for a mosaic tile floor with lanes. Paint the walls blue with lane dividers on the ceiling and touch pads on the wall at the end of the lanes. You could hang the dividers a bit lower and have the flag ropes close to the sides. This way you'll always be in the pool.
You could get a start and stripes duvet set to round it off.
