What are some suggestions for decorating a room like an enchanted forest?

I want to decorate my bedroom forest-themed. I like to have my walls dark colors so it's better for sleeping in :) I'm 19 and in college, and I like fantasy things like fairies and mythology. I especially like Celtic things, since I'm of Irish heritage...I'd like the room to have be girly and pretty. Any good websites or suggestions, DIY, any cute ideas would be lovely :)

How do I get my room to have a tribal feel to it?

My bedroom is bright green, and my bedspread is tribal-ish. I have no money and I want to make my bedroom look cool and African/Egyptian/Indian/Native American. Basically, I just want it to look ethnic and or vintage. If you have any ideas on diy projects or anything that would be a big help.

Try hanging some wood beads that you could get for like 4 dollars at a native ish store and then on the walls or decorate with feathers you could find in the forest for any other place.
Or if you have any old wood furniture then you could try that, or look for some old stuff in the attic or basement that could be helpfull.
