Need a bedroom re arranging done? HELP!?

To start out, I have A LOT of furniture. A larger desk, large book shelf, two dressers, a stool, and a single bed. I went from a big, big room to when I moved, a SMALL room!
My family is moving again in a year, but that's to long! I want to know the best way to re-arrange, that is space efficient? and some cleaning tips!

Answer
You should draw out a blueprint on some paper. It does not have to be artistic whatsoever. Measure the length and width of your new room and then use a ruler to draw a box representing your room. Make it miniaturized to scale (i.e. if it's 10ft, draw it 10mm or inches).

Now, on seperate paper, draw out things like your bed and other big furnishings you want in your room. Draw them to scale like you did the room. Cut each of those out and label them. Now you can organize them around the box shape you drew as your room to figure out the best way to set up all your stuff.

What colors should i decorate my one bedroom apartment with?

Ok i have a one bedroom apartment and the colors of the ceiling is white and the apartment has dark brown walls in the living room and so as all the doors and the carpet is tan, and inside my bedroom has.white walls. I need some advice on what colors should i decorate my apartment with???oh and i also have a tan color entertainment system in the living room. Do i have to match the colors of the living room, bedroom and the bathroom??pls give me some advise om what color should i decorate my place with if not i am going to hire a interior designer...*Anyways your help is much.needed. thanks alot guys

It's not necessary to match the living room, bedroom and bathroom, even though you can, you might like this decorating design.

Place a contemporary accent rug in front of your sofa/under coffee table and pull the colors from the rug for pillows, accessories, curtains and wall art.
