How do I put lyrics on my wall?

On Tumblr, pretty much every bedroom picture you see, they have a quote or lyrics on their wall. Do they just paint it on? This is probably a stupid question, but I don't know. Is it paint? Because sometimes it looks like paper. And no, I'm not asking what I should put on. I'm asking how. I am gonna put 'Your voice was the soundtrack of my summer'.

A great way (and an extremely neat way) to do this is by going to a sign shop in your area. They can set up the size and font of the type you want on your wall and then they run this information through a machine that cuts the letters into a light-weight vinyl. They then apply a "mask" to this so you can easily apply it to your wall. They will be happy to show you how to do this. You will also have a pretty wide assortment of vinyl color from which to choose. Tell them what you're doing with the lettering and they might also give you tips on application that will make it easy to remove the letter in the future of you change your room design.

Another reason could be not needing to color correct later. If she is using a flash, you can get a mix of color temperatures that can lead to some disturbing colors.

I borrowed a friend's studio once, left the florescent lights on and found an ugly green tint hiding in some shadows.

What colors go with pale green in decorating bedroom scheme?

I painted my bedroom a light pale green (cat's eye green). What colors should I use to go with it? I was thinking of dark browns, beiges, but want an accent color that pops. Any suggestions?
Love the plums/reds/oranges..but would it look good?

ivory or cream
pink, light to dark

1] beiges, grays, are kind of 'anti-pop' colors. Better contrast with extreme neutrals [ cream/espresso, white/black ]
2] Then add a 'pop' color [ see list above ], and
3] a metal - brass, copper, chrome, iron
4] repeat the metal in accessories - lamp, ornaments, candle holder, picture frames
5] repeat the bright in accessories too - vase/planter, throw pillows, candles, desk or dresser accessories

How can I take pictures on my MacBook without it catching streaks of light?

Whenever I am sitting at my desk in my bedroom, my light always shows up as huge streaks in my webcam pictures. :( Any tips?

You obviously have a very direct light at just the wrong angle.

Turn off that big light. Take a little desk lamp, put in a daylight bulb (full spectrum bulb) and point it at your ceiling (which is hopefully white and low enough to make a good diffuser).
You will now have wonderfully even light of a perfect "temperature" as it is called, for cameras.
