Help with bedroom redecorating?

Q. I'm almost fifteen, and I'm redoing my bedroom. I wanted black bedding because I was going to hang up black and white pictures of people who made a difference in the fashion and music world, two of my biggest passions.
So I got that. And aqua sheets.
Then I decided to use neon accents to the black. Such as putting my makeup + other nescetties in neon see through baskets.
Would that be too much? Using lime green, hot pink, and turquoise to accent the black.
Are there any ways I can make it more romantic/fun?

POLL: Are you Romantic. ?

Q. Last night I was at work, and the person I like texted me asking me if I could go out, I told them that I was working, but that I wished I could because I was starving, so the person I like showed up at my work with a pizza! My work is very casual, so they were okay with the person I like hanging around! It was like a little date :p I'm still not sure if they like me back though :p
But I did think it was Romantic, in a casual way :p

I made a collage with pictures in a heart shape of my fiance and i on his bedroom wall.
And i've done a heart shaped tea light candle only lights in the whole house dinner thing for my man.

Try to stay with muted pastels with accents of black, very romantic. The white walls with the cream bed is just fine. Think of satin, velvet or silks even if they are just in throw pillows.
A chenille spread could be an option. Lacquered tables or mirrored fronted tables would be conducive to your theme as well as crystal lamps, phone, chandelier, shag rug, dressing table with Hollywood lights above.
