Help with a 1950's bedroom theme?

Q. Hi.
I would like to make my bedroom into a 1950's themed bedroom. I have a white daybed which I think would suit the theme. Some framed black and white pictures of Marilyn Monroe and Elvis Presley might also work. Records and 45's hung up on the walls would be cool as well. Do you have any other ideas? Any and all would be appreciated. Thank-you.

not big furniture like dresser and beds, but little decor ideas i could do to my room for a retro effect. when i mean retro i mean 50's to 80's
