kids bedroom furniture under $500 image

we are a family of three. my boyfriend is an immaculate cleaner..obsessed with having no "junk" no "ratpack stuff". we live so simple (not a lot of furniture), and almost nightly we find large roaches, beetle type insects in our restroom, one made it close enough to our bedroom near the baby's crib and i'm freaked out by this. Somebody suggested that we make sure the sink and bath tub are sealed nightly so that they dont come in through the pipes, i tried it, we still found them. sometimes we find them half dead like flipped and barely hanging on to life....we live in the mojave desert of California. grew up in LA and never ever had to deal w/ this issue. any suggestions?

But I don't like sharing my house with unwanted guests.
So I hired an exterminator to come in every so often to take care of the problem.
Ever since, I haven't seen one bug. Really.
The exterminator comes back every couple of months or so and I think it's some of the best money I ever spent.
They also know which chemicals to use so it won't be a problem for your kids and pets.
Roaches and other bugs can fit through the tiniest hairline cracks that you can barely even see.
You would almost have to tear out your cabinets and fixtures to seal up everything, and even then, in time it might separate and open up again.
Best to call a professional.
If you want to do it yourself, here's a method that is considered safe-
Boric acid was first registered in the US as an insecticide in 1948 for control of cockroaches, termites, fire ants, fleas, silverfish, and many other insects. It acts as a stomach poison affecting the insects' metabolism, and the dry powder is abrasive to the insects' exoskeleton.
Boric acid is generally considered to be safe to use in household kitchens to control cockroaches and ants. Homemade ant bait can be made by dissolving 1 teaspoon (5 mL) powdered boric acid and 10 teaspoons (50 mL) sugar into 2 cups (500 mL) of water; this mixture can then be absorbed into cotton balls which are left near ant trails. This reportedly will be carried back into the ants' nest, killing any ants that eat it, potentially destroying the entire colony.
Boric acid is also made into a paste or gel form. The paste or gel has attractants in it to attract insects; mostly cockroaches. It is convenient to use because you can simply put a small dab under sinks, counters, refrigerators, and stoves. The boric acid dehydrates the insects. It does it slowly and they don't realize they are in danger. One of the real benefits of using boric acid is that immunity can't be built up; since it works through dehydration. The insects take the bait back to the nest and one application can eliminate them for an entire year.

Is it true that all Obama wants to do is?
Q. take our [well in my case my parents{im only 16}] money and give it to all those on welfare.
cause that's unfair!
i understand some stuff happens and some people need it.
but the people i know that are welfare either dont work or work off the books [so they dont get taxes off their check] get health care, dont pay taxes i mean they have it made.
when my dad works really hard for what we have [plus i go to private school so its like they pay double tuition since he owns my house{property tax goes straight to public school}]\
this lady also has section 8 which pays her rent
and on top of welfare she gets a check cause her kids father is dead [he was a crack head]
her sisters the same way only shes "raising" if thats wat u want to call it shes an unfit parent [her sons a crack head and her daughters a prostitute] so she gets money for all 4 of her grandchildren; she also works off the books and she dont pay taxes
its crazyy i mean my parents make wayy under 200k so my taxes wont be raised but my history teacher said Democrats raise taxes so wont my parentts taxes be raised and wont his share the wealth give people like them two i just told u about more of my parents hard earned cash

You are a very observant person and this is what is going on. These people that you talk about know how to work the system and this the only work they do. I had a two bedroom apartment and paid $500. a month and didn't have even the furniture for my place and was going through a hard time existing. But a person in the same place had a 3 bedroom apartment with every thing and paid $6.00 a month. They threw things away all the time and got new things. I was like your parents raising my children and sending and paying for private school and payed taxes on our home to support our state and government. Where is Mr. Obama that he didn't learn when he was community organizer in the south side of Chicago but probably teaching the people how to take advantage of the system. I'm sure he did some good things but he should have seen what was being done by many. All I can say is do the best you can no matter what you do and do the right thing and it will make you feel your life on earth was worth while. You and your friend living together can save and learn more. Go on the the internet site "DaveRamsey.com" and learn about finances. This is a wise guy. I'm surprised Obama didn't give him a cabinet position or learn from him but what do you expect from an attorney.
