What color drapes for a toddlers room- white walls, charchol/brown carpet. want something calming!

The "cooler" colors are more quieting and soothing than those considered "warm."
Cooler colors are those that tend more toward blue ... warm colors lean more toward red. A "greyed" tone of any color will be more calming than its more "pure" base hue.
A "grey-ish" green-blue might be a perfect color. And, it will work with the brown carpet. Can you paint the walls? If so, I'd recommend a slightly lighter shade of the same color you choose for the window-treatments ... when the elements of a room blend together, the overall effect is one of serenity.

I am getting my bedroom redone and i have really no idea on what to do with it. I want something fun, colorful an lively and not to childish but not to grown-up as i am 15. I would appreciate any sort of answers, such as paint colors, Decor ideas andthing really.
I really like the colors pink, gold, black and white. so some ideas using them colors would be amazing .

Black and white is very popular in the bedroom. The key is to pick 3 colors. A light color(most prominent), a darker color(2nd) and then a bold color(for accent).
I would pick a golden color for your walls or do a very light grey. Do black and white bed spread. White curtains. Black and white lamp shades. And for the accent colors - do hot bold pink. Add the accent color in 3 places in the room. could be area rug or picture frame, etc.
