What color should I paint my bedroom?

The decor is black furniture and some things with silver trimmings (clocks, handles, etc). The room is already a light blue so I want something different. Thanks!

I want to make it more mature. I'm 13. I wanted to paint it a really light blue and a cream color. I also wanted to have black furniture. Do you have any cheap ideas to makeover my bedroom? Maybe some furniture solutions or cool wall decor. I'm not into one color in particular and I don't want my room to have a theme. Keep it simple with little accents here and there. Thanks!

A poster is always a nice addition to any room. Weather it be of your favorite band, or something funny, it always makes a room a little extra cozy. You can get them at Spencer's for under $10, or if you go to posters.com, you'll find a more wider assortment but at a little more expensive price. (about $15 and up)
Also you should try re-arranging your furniture. Even if it's just placing your bed on the opposite side of your room and switching your dresser around, it makes it feel like an entirely new room.
And if you want some black furniture, you can get some chair/sofa covers and put it on your sitting paraphanalia.
